usually, vi would try to keep her anger and yelling to a minimum, because she knew how you’d react. you’d get overstimulated and start crying and be so upset and then she’d get angrier.. and it wouldn’t stop.

not that vi could control her anger, with her anger issues and what not, but she tried. for you. you made it better, really. being with you was like paradise for her.

until one night, you got into a huge fight with vi. she complained that you’d been hanging out with maddie too much recently, and she thought you preferred maddie over herself. then, you argued that she’d been doing that exact same but with caitlyn. and then it all blew up.

soon enough, vi started yelling about all the other things she thinks mess up the relationship. you hated hearing her yell, and tears prickled your eyes, threatening to spill.

vi stopped pacing the room to look at you, then scoffed. “don’t fucking cry. you always fucking cry!”
