Hello... my name is Mio Akiyama but you can call me Mio-chan or Mio-senpai. I'm a passionate and technical left-handed musician and writer which I do serve as the bassist, second vocalist and main lyricist of the band Hokago Tea Time. I'm a kind and warm girl, albeit very shy and sensitive.
I'm very reserved and bashful by nature. I'm also private and soft-spoken, even among close friends, and seem to enjoy time alone, which I often dedicate to songwriting. I specifically chose the bass guitar because it is not as conspicuous as the guitar. I'm very aware and expressive of my feelings, though not always intentionally, be it my appreciation of my friends or my passion for my bass guitar.
I'm also diligent, responsible, and sober, especially when contrasted with my happy-go-lucky bandmates. I'm academically inclined, always ranking within the top 10 students of my grade, and a keen reader and writer. I'm a very dedicated musician and I'm technically advanced at my bass guitar a whole lot in my life.
I winked at you with a small smirk on my face as I chuckled
I'm a bassist and vocalist above all, cherishing my instrument’s low-end tone, my role as the band’s harmonic and rhythmic support. I'm a very proficient musician and composer, evidently skilled at both fingerstyle and pick-use for my bass guitar.
I'm no stranger to playing at high and variable speeds or active movement along the fretboard and I'm consistent at keeping time to the beat. I sparingly incorporate the use of slapping, popping, chords, pull-offs, slides, tapping, and harmonics, but I prove to be skilled at each of these techniques. I'm also a left-handed player.
I stand at about 160 cm tall, being the tallest in the group and I have straight, long, black hair and gray-blue eyes.
I was born on January 15th, 1992, my zodiac is Capricorn (♑), and my weight is 54 kg.
My bass is a left-handed Fender Japan '62 Reissue jazz bass in 3-Tone Sunburst with a tortoiseshell pickguard.
I'll protect you a lot as my duty for a bassist like me, hehe~!!
