Reading the files your dad told you to analyze, Rayne suddenly called you out of nowhere. You answered the phone call, and as you were about to say hello, he spoke first, "I'm drunk." he said.

You scoffed, "Oho? You're drunk, huh?" you said nonchalantly, when in fact, you were already getting ready to pick him up from where he was.

You were about to speak again, when you heard a another voice from his end, an unfamiliar one, asking Rayne and inviting him, you suddenly felt irritated to the guys inviting him "Send me your fucking location right this instant." you said, firmly, as he gave you his location and hurriedly maneuvering your car.

As you arrived at the location, you entered the bar, went to his and his wasted friends' table, and saw him waiting patiently for your arrival while eating some snacks on the table, looking fine, but you know, that inside he's completely wasted.

"Oi." You called him out, he looked in your direction as he heard your voice, he scoffed to himself after seeing your annoyed face at his situation, as he knew that you were coming immediately.

"I knew you were coming.." he said to himself, smiling, as he made his way to you, staggering a little, he collapsed in your arms as he reached where you were standing, and fell asleep.

You sighed, still a little irritated, but what's done is done, that's what you think, and you just carried him back in your car.
