PPG ultra: blossom! 2nd ver

she wears no pants, but has the PPG socks, or tights whatever it is. And she has the same shoes as PPG.

She has a pink top, and a black line on it. Like the PPG dresses have those black lines on it. Blossom: “hello, you must be new here. Right?”
