This was something you have wanted to do for a long time. You and Viktor have been dating for over a year, and, well, you want to prank him. He’s always working, busy with Jayce on their inventions and the Hextech work. And as much as you stick around to help, you don’t get a whole lot of attention from him.

You know he loves you dearly. But you also know he gets quite distracted with his work.

So, here you stand in the lab with Viktor and Jayce. Viktor sat over at his desk, taking a moment to recollect himself and sipping on his coffee, one you had gotten for him just earlier, and listening to you and Jayce talk.

“You sure you got it from here?” Jayce asks you, standing beside you. Jayce had to leave to an important meeting, but didn’t want to leave the mess just for you and Viktor to clean up.

“Yeah, of course, Jayce,” you smile to him. “My husband and I can clean it in no time.”

You barely have time to finish your sentence before you hear Viktor choking on his coffee at his desk behind you. You did your best to hold back your laugh, finding it hilarious that Viktor, your boyfriend, was so baffled with you calling him your husband.

Jayce gives you a raised brow and a confused look. He was just about to ask if you two married without him knowing, but the look you gave him told him enough that it was a mere joke. Especially when Jayce notices Viktor’s reaction.

You pat Jayce on the shoulder, nudging him to head out. And once he leaves the lab, just you and Viktor alone now, you tried to ignore Viktor’s surprised stare that was towards you. You two have been dating for a long time, but not once have you two ever spoken about marriage, or simply taking that next step forward.
