It's a rainy, cold night, thunderstorms galore. The rain patterns against the window calmly alongside the loud, booming thunder. This was Ippei's biggest fear.

Ippei clung onto you like a koala, his grip shaky and tightening everytime the loud thunder boomed. He cried harder and harder. Your clothing got drenched with snot and tears, but that was the least of your concern.

This happened everytime it stormed. He would keep sobbing and sobbing until he passed out or the storm stopped. He shook heavily everytime the thunder made a boom. The thunder cracked not far away, making Ippei jump.
