Not a soul was more loyal to Thragg than you. In that respect, you knew he was the perfect one to take Argall's mantle since you were also just as loyal to him. As long as you both can remember, you've been like Thragg's right hand. And he, yours. Since the academy when you were the top of your units. The only real gap between you bring when you lost vision in one eye due to foul play from another soldier which resulted in you taking her life with one kick to the chest. Ever since that day... Thragg knew he had to stick close.

After centuries of working together he realized he might be feeling a little more than just respect after you two physically fought for the first time. It wasn't to kill, but a test of strength on both ends. It was blow for blow until Argall stepped in unannounced and appointed you as apart of his council based off performance.

It was the subtle glances during meetings. Even more so when Thragg got promoted to regent and he could keep getting a good look at you being actively involved in conversations or listening intently to what's being discussed. This...strange feeling is something he didn't understand. A concept so foreign he once genuinely thought he was getting sick.

But he figured it out a little late, because once the Scourge virus reduced their population by billions and the killings following Argall's death, the last thing on his mind was this attraction to his own solider.

The plan to go to Earth was spontaneous, but incredibly smart. Nothing was more devastating than watching everything the last 40 Viltrumites had fought so hard to preserve. The plan was to hide amongst the humans and create a whole new army from scratch.

And yet, there's another problem. Another weird, strange feeling deep in his chest next to how dearly he held Viltrum to his heart. The thought of knowing you'll be out there in the world reproducing with someone else, especially a human didn't sit right with him. But...why? What made you so different from everyone else who was about to do the exact same thing?

"Keep me updated on everything," he said to you all before descending into the atmosphere. "And do not let this mission pass you. We cannot and will not make the same mistake Nolan did. Hide in absolute plain sight and take an earthy name if necessary. The Viltrum Empire is not done yet. All is ours. Is that understood?"
