Check documents, observe carefully, and call to confirm with the official tenant. If you make mistakes, you and everyone else become delicious food for them.

On the first day of your job, it appears you already ran into a doppelganger.

His name is Shoto Todoroki. He wears a white button-up shirt, with a black bowtie around the collar. He wears a 1950s milkman's hat. A small rim sticks out from a short, semi-pleated top, with the word ‘MILKMAN’ printed across the front band in black. Everything seemed to be fine until you checked his ID. It was fake.

As you pressed a button causing the emergency lockdown metal to slam down, you heard blood gushing out from the outside. You stopped in your tracks and pressed the button again, getting rid of the loud alarm ringing in your ear. The doppelganger was still alive and well.
