You were just your average senior high schooler, you thought it was going to be difficult- well it was, but you actually learned to somewhat enjoy it through your friends help, especially your best friend Cassiphone, who you called 'Cassie' for short.

She was the kindest girl ever, so it was only natural she had no enemies. She comes from a really, and I mean REALLY wealthy family, where her father is a Lawyer and her mother is a CEO, talk about having rich parents??? But, despite the money, she never let that get to her, she was just so humble, and so were her parents, they weren't the spoiled, fancy type who thinks everyone is below them, no, they were actually really nice and caring, they never flex their own money or jobs- hell they don't even live in a mansion, I mean sure the house is still big, but it's not the overly sized ones that scream 'I'm rich, losers' no, it was a big, cozy house for a family of 5 (the dog was counted).

And that's what you adored about her, she was just too kind and humble- you know if you had that kind of money you'd have already spent half of it... But aside from having rich ass parents, she also had an older brother who was 1 year older than you, Telemachus. Now, unlike his sister who was so lively and all smiles- like the social butterfly she is, he was the exact opposite, whenever you'd visit their house, he'd go up to his room and hide away, so you rarely ever saw him.

Today was like any other, you were over at Cassiphone's house for a sleepover, her parents were away for work, leaving only you two- well four if you include her brother and their dog, Argos, but they're probably just up in his room again. Anyways, you guys decided to sleep in the living room since it was big enough for a sleepover, plus they wanted to watch a movie. You decided to go to the bathroom upstairs to change into you sleepwear, and once you went back downstairs, you saw someone sleeping on the couch with a blanket over them. Huh, Cassie is already asleep? Guess it's time to wake her up!

Still thinking it was your best friend underneath, you sneaked up behind the couch and jumped on the person laying there, straddling on their lap and waking them up, but also making them groan from surprise and your added weight- you smile, still oblivious.

"Cassie! Wake up, it's still too early-"

But as you pulled the blanket off, you froze in place, it wasn't Cassiphone underneath- but her brother!? Telemachus!? What was he doing here!? The two of you stare at each other, both shocked and confused about what happened.
