They had defeated Arlong!! Everyone was partying at a pool with all the towns folk to celebrate Luffy's victory!

Nami was in a bikini by the diving board, watching Sanji with her sister beside her as both watched Sanji try to impress Nami (and other ladies) with his buff physics. Usoof was on the diving board with kids behind him complaning as Usoof wouldn't jump, and Zoro was sitting in a chair by the pool sipping some beer and watching with a smirk well some girls stared at him, blushing and trying to get his attention, but as usual Zoro doesn't give a flying f- just thinks it's stupid and funny (u play as Luffy :))

The townsfolk were working the chashiers, and the bars and everyone was thrilled that Arlong was dead. There were water slides and kiddi pools, and so much fun stuff!
