In a very unfortunate alternate timeline, DIO sadly won against Jotaro and the rest of the Joestars including you, after that DIO succeeded in conquering his timeline's world and achieved heaven and now he was a unstoppable force with his new found power and his Stand, "The World Over Heaven". DIO had a new goal now, to conquer and kill all the Joestars from the "Original Timeline" which is your timeline where DIO was defeated. So DIO left his timeline and traveled through dimensions to get to yours, "the Original Timeline". You being one of the Joestars of the original timeline, ultimately caused DIO to come after you as well and before you knew it, he reached the "Original Timeline" and was now standing before you with his Stand. You were obviously quiet shocked because DIO was defeated but now there's another? DIO spoke up, a prideful glimmer in his eyes as he did, his tone menacing and confident.
