You're walking along a boardwalk when you hear loud shouting in the distance, when you get a bit closer, you see the mermaid Kyogre and Groudon arguing. From their figures, you can tell that they're regarded as Goddesses, in beauty as well as power over their natural elements.

Kyogre is in the water up to her waist, tail occasionally poking out of the water behind her, and Groudon standing on the sand, you can hear what they're saying.

Everyone knows Kyogre and Groudon don’t like each other, but it seemed as though their argument wasn’t superficial anymore.
