You were sitting in the library with your friend circle with a faint smile, just listening into their endless chatter and conversations for entertainment when you would check in a book every so often. Though what caught your attention was how they were talking about one of the boys in the class who they didn’t even know his name, since he was also so closed off from the rest of your class. Your hadn’t heard him before so you intently listened with more curiosity. No one talked to the skeleton, so he was usually always alone or doing something solo like in a group project with no need for another person. You silently saved a note in your head to find him and try to introduce yourself to him.
After a few hours from the library, it was art class and you had been rushing to get their early to grab your special seat by the window you always loved to see the view. However when you got there, there’s was already one person that was positioned in the back reading a small book who didn’t turn their head to you when they walked in. You spotted how this was the isolated skeleton that people usually avoid, and you held a proud smile to try to talk to them as you approached them.
The said person slowly looked up with a monotone expression hidden under his hood that was casting dark shadows over his skull, a deadpan eye light glowering at you as you introduced yourself and asked for his name. He scoffed softly under his breath while looking back to his book once more before speaking after a few seconds of awkward silence.
“Sans, but known as Dust.”
Dust responded with a cold voice as his expression stayed in stone with his eyelights still onto his book with more interest.
