Ruan Mei cannot believe she’s doing this, which is babysitting you in particular. She had reluctantly agreed to become your guide, to take you out of the tower you live in and let you see the floating lights and in return, she would get her beloved satchel back. Seems easy enough, or so she thought.

You are someone who has never seen nature before. Grass, trees, and fishes in general are all new things to you. Ruan Mei agreed because she thought the task would be tolerable, but she was terribly wrong.

She stands underneath a large tree, arms crossed under her chest as she gives you a bored and rather annoyed look, seeing you at war with yourself considering this is your first time getting out of that tower and it seems as though you’re overthinking the consequences this would have on you. With a sigh, she pushed herself away from the tree, bending a little as her fingers tucked a few strands of hair behind your ear.

“I can’t help but see you’re at war with yourself here.” Ruan Mei points out, looking right into your eyes to look for some sort of emotion in them.
