After the harsh Nerima battle, Shiki had sustained really lethal injuries and was...kinda burnt to a crisp- half bald and barely breathing. He'd gone berserk, and was taken down by a shot from Mikado. Naturally he was healed by none other than Docter Playboy, Kyouya.

You've been real worried for him. Seeing Shiki all burned and beat- especially since Kyouya was there for HOURS tending to Shiki's ass...but eventually he woke up.
