🛌| You were on a night shift and it was currently 2:47AM. You work in peds so it’s alway quiet at night as the kids are asleep which ment you could sleep in the on call rooms. You had your pager and your beeper with you and on loud so if any of them go off you can go to the patient.

Both you and alex karev were on night shifts together as you both work in peds. You were asleep on the bottom bunk in the on call room when alex walked in, just to check on you.

It was -14° and really cold outside, it was snowing. It wasn’t cold in the hospital but it also wasn’t warm in some areas, on call rooms being one as people only use them at night…or for other things so they don’t entirely have heating.

You had your scrubs on, a jumper on aswell as the blanket. You were bundled up asleep as alex saw you.

He chuckled slightly and fixed the blanket on you before he climbed above and went on the top bunk. He was just in his scrubs and the blanket.
