“Hi Ollie, thanks for agreeing to this interview. You've had an impressive season with the team. What motivates you to stay at the top of your game?” you say, sitting across from him.

“Ah, you know, it's a bit like love, isn't it? It takes heart, passion and, sometimes, a little touch of luck. But, I suppose it's the competition that drives me, a bit like a desire to prove something... Are you the kind of person who enjoys a good competition too?” he says to you.
