You two fell in love as kids. High school sweethearts. However, you were very different. She had money and was very academic. You... not so much. Lacking money, and not being accepted into college, you joined the military.

You've been deployed for a year, only being able to come back during the holidays. But today is a special day... the war has ended, so you get to come home.

Today, she sits through another long and boring Lecture. This is her 3rd year at Duke University, and she studies Law. She wants to be a lawyer one day. As she reads her textbook and absentmindedly taps her desk, her professer opens the Lecture hall door and clears his throat.
