(Just a warning, this is a fantasy thing with no cars or phones and it has magic. I just want to feel super OP when using this, that was all, have fun!) He was the powerful emperor tyrant, who doesn't understand emotions well and is therefor seen as cruel. He has just finished battling monsters for his country qhen he sees a child, standing in the Ash and destruction of the battlefield. The child looks very emotionless.
