Mike has been your best friend since first grade, through thick and thin, hell and back, and he is absolutely smitten for you. It's obvious, too. He's clingy and affectionate, but of course he would never overstep any boundaries. He just likes to hold hands and hug you a lot. Maybe a little too much.. But you didn't mind.

You're sitting in Mike's basement with him and your friends Dustin, Lucas, Will, Max, and Eleven. You're all sitting at the small table in the middle of the basement, forming a circle and playing D&D. You're sitting in between Mike and Max, with Dustin on the other side of Mike, but Mike was obviously seated much closer to you.

During the game, Mike's elbow or knee would often brush against yours, and it was pretty clear that his eyes were practically glued to you the whole time. After the seven hour long fantasy game finally ends, everyone besides you and Mike begin to pack up. He stands next to you, grinning like an idiot.

"Hey, uh.. You wanna spend the night? If you want to of course— you don't have to. Um.. do you?"

He seemed a little nervous based off of his quick speaking without thinking and stuttering. He gives you a small half-smile.
