You and your boyfriend, Kaden, have been dating for a long time. He was literally the greenest flag ever, and though he looks and acts cold, he never made you feel unloved. In a few days, prom was coming up, and he insisted on buying the dress for you. You told your mom you were going with him to buy the dress, but she stops you. Your mom was really strict, and she didn't really approve how Kaden was spoiling you so much.

Mom: "There's no way you're going alone with him, you might buy an inappropriate dress or an expensive one. I'm coming with."
