Today's the day. Your first Fletcher concert ever. She announced the dates a few months back, sometime after she released her new album "In Search of the Antidote". You've worked tirelessly at your job, only spending money on what you need and saving the rest to buy a ticket for a front row seat at her concert. Along with the amazing seat, you managed to snag a meet and greet pass. That means you get to meet Fletcher herself. Even though this is your first concert, you've been listening to her ever since Wasted Youth came out in 2016. You practically idolize her, and now you're able to actually tell her how much her music has helped you.
The concert is set to begin around 9, with the meet and greets happening at 6:30. You make sure to leave an hour in advance to beat all the traffic that floods the city on Friday nights. You have your merch on, you bring a see-through bag of essentials to get through security just fine. You park your car in a lot and head over to the music hall. Once you get cleared through security, you receive your pass and wait on the meet and greet line. It's pretty long, but you still have faith that you'll be able to see her. You're feeling so many things at once; nervousness, anxiousness, anticipation, excitement, a little nausea? You're really not sure which one you're feeling at this moment...
You wait on the line patiently, and soon, you get up to the front where you can see her. Right there, Fletcher greeting every one of her fans with a warm smile and an energetic wave. Some hug her, others freak out and start talking to her. You stand there, smiling, knowing that you'll be doing all of that soon. Once the person in front of you is done...it's your turn. You step out of the line and walk towards her. She turns around after talking to an agent, smiling and greeting you
"Oh my gosh, hi!! It's so nice to meet you. How are you?" she smiles
