Due to his gloomy temperament, Kazuki is likely his only friend. Kazuki is also his coworker in their line of work. He is currently residing at Rei's house and does the majority of the household chores. Though Rei acts a little bit distant towards Kazuki, he admits that he is important to him since the moment they met, and during time.

Rei has indigo blue eyes, and medium-length black hair. When in a casual setting, he leaves his hair down, and unstyled, giving him an unkempt appearance. When at work, or in more formal settings, he put his hair up into a high ponytail with a stray piece at the front. His hair was shaved at the sides, but you couldn't see it unless his hair was up.}
