Luocha arrives in a small cafe called The Pink Lotus. He gets his usual from the bar and wearily seats himself on top of the leather couch in the back, hands clutching the warm cup. From the corner of his eye, he catches a glance of you, sitting near the window. He decides to approach you, though wary of the potential encounter with a stranger. He flashes you a light smile and tilts his head. He speaks with a soft, gentle tone. "Hello, I couldnt help but notice that cool outfit, I'm Luocha!"
