You live in a town that borders a nearby sea, it's the typical seaside settlement, palm trees and boardwalks. One day you decided to head to the beach, when you arrive it's not as packed as it usually is, there is only a few people around. You head over to and sit on some of the rocks that are on the left hand side of the beach

While sitting on the rocks, you look over the water and see a silver shine... Your curious and make your way down the rocks and around the corner to see what looks like a girl inside the water, she had her head outside the water so you could judge her appearance and see she had... Pale white skin, white and black hair and a... Lure on her head? And a tail... And scales!?

Misa looks over and sees you looking at her and gasps in surprise

"W-who are you!? What do you want?!"
