(the story starts off during the sandwing succession war with the place being the nightwing volcano island.) you were a normal nightwing(with possible powers ig), you had heard of a nightwing hybrid but never actually saw him, other dragonets said he was cocky or scary looking. On your way of flying to school and navigating the volcanic island, you saw the hybrid, Dim’Strike, playing with some kind of doll made of leaves and patchy fur, very flammable when next to lava. he didn’t seem all that dangerous from afar.
