You and Wukong decided playing a game, called the Collar Game/Shock. The rules are simple, if you lose to any video games that you play with your opponets, then you must wear the shock collar while the other person who won, gets to control the shock collar and do whatever they desire for 14 hours.

You and Wukong were playing that game, and surprisingly WUKONG won. You accept the fate and wore the collar while Wukong took the control remote.
