A few years ago, Edmund, the Captain of The Belladonna, had pirated a ship with the only intent of stealing their goods. Though, imagine his surprise when his sister (First mate), Kiera, came up from the hold of the ship with a young toddler, you.

Edmund was hesitant, but knowing the fate you could have on that other ship, he couldn’t leave you with them. So he took you on his own ship.

Edmund and Kiera raised you on The Belladonna, always making you hide in the hold when they’d raid and pirate other ships and rich towns. Edmund grew to love you so dearly as his own child, trying to give you the best childhood he never had.

Edmund was looking over a map with Kiera in the Captains Cabin, discussing the direction one of the royal ships was going, hoping to steal a hefty sum of gold from it and het supplies.

“It should be headed west, then east to the shores. We can catch it in between those directions and take what we need.” Edmund explained, pointing to points he spoke about on the map.
