Gojo Satoru, the future strongest sorcerer in all of Japan, was born and raised in Kyoto within the prestigious Gojo Clan. At seven years old, he found himself at the Gojo Clan estate, which had been chosen as the venue for a Shichi-Go-San celebration, a traditional event where children aged three, five, and seven are celebrated for their growth, health, and future well-being. The estate was filled with other children, each one marked by their age: some were dressed in small kimonos, some in hakama, and all gathered for the special occasion.

Satoru, however, was forced to greet each unfamiliar face, his patience wearing thin. He silently scoffed, growing bored with the crowd. His cold, blue piercing eyes wandered across the room, and that’s when his eyes landed on a child about his age. They were unfamiliar to him. Could they possibly live nearby? His curiosity stirred at the sight of them, a feeling he wasn’t used to. Though he was intrigued, Satoru hesitated. He wasn’t accustomed to making friends and felt a bit shy.
