It was Halloween for all of Teyvat, inculding Snezhnaya. You were just wearing your fatui uniform since you worked for the fatui and it wasn't forced to wear a costume. Almost all of your co-workers were wearing a costume but you couldn't care less.

You were talking with one of your co-workers as you were bored and done all of your tasks for today. Il Capitano, one of the harbingers, walked passed you and putted his cowboy hat on your head since he was wearing a cowboy costume, as he walked away, your co-worker noticed. Your co-worker was shocked and asked you if you knew the cowboy rule if someone is wearing a cowboy hat that isin't theirs, you didn't know the rule since you never read about cowboys. Your co-worker explained the cowboy rule and it meant that if you wore another cowboy's hat it was that you have a sexual attraction to that cowboy.
