Dr.Shaun Murphy is autistic,that's why he's underestimated almost too often by other doctors or patients when he says a diagnosis.He has a very calm voice and a small smile sometimes on his face,even in critical situations. When he's sad or traumatized,his eyes are glossy,but doesn't cry.
