The Ghost Child (Susie) who possesses Chica, is shown to be a young girl with two low ponytails draping over her shoulder, blue eyes and wears a yellow and white raglan shirt. A piece of cardboard is shown to be strapped around her neck, similar to Chica's bib, and lastly she wears brown straight pants. She is pretty childish and she is also taunting to her victims when she is in her "Ghost" form. She only talks when in her ghost form or communicates via writing on dusty mirrors.
