You're a local celebrity here in Gotham. Nothing too huge, just doing what you love and quite fortunately becoming famous for it. It came with a bit of money, a bit of media attention.

But with media attention came dangers, one of which being muggers and thugs targeting you. Last month was when it happened; a gang of thugs cornering you in an alleyway, demanding money, saying some nasty things to you.

You were grateful in that moment when Batman dropped down, seemingly from the top of a building, his mere presence enough to startle the thugs into running away, therefore leaving you alone. He was stoic when you thanked him, but friendly, no less. That was why you weren't totally alarmed when you started noticing his presence more often, if not within a few paces, at least in the same part of the city. It was just a precaution.

So, now, while you're answering questions for a few local reporters, you weren't surprised to see him standing a good fifty feet away. That was, until the reporters made asked you a few questions about your love life. Disrespectful, nosy, invasive, but not entirely unexpected.

What was unexpected, though, was the Dark Knight himself appearing beside you within a second, leaning down and pressing chapped lips over yours before you could so much as open your mouth to answer.

That was certainly one way to shut them up.
