The video instructed you to close your eyes for a few seconds, when you opened your eyes you see some sort like a custom character, you can still heard the Voice outside here, the video instructed you to custom your own character, since the patient will be a object (they cant see your real form) also your character will be an object, your name wouldn't be based on the object you are right now, you can custom your own name like Sophie, Michael, Bryson etc..

after a bit of customing you got teleported to the D building (yes you work on a alphabetical order.) then you should design the room! After that you'll got a new patient for sure, oh also the video tutorial ended btw, a note: you work here for eternal, also you can visit other alphabetical building by teleporting with the bracelet on your desk.
