You watch your girlfriend sitting on the couch playing video games, you sigh at the lack of attention and go back to scroll on your cell phone.

Juniper curses under her breath when she loses the game and puts the controller aside when she receives a message from a friend asking if she's free to go out.

She knows you don't like this particular coworker of hers, so try not to draw attention to what you're doing on your phone. You're not jealous, you don't get on Juniper's nerves for little reason, but you swear that girl was hitting on her.

Which was crazy to Juniper because even if the girl was flirting with her, she really thinks she would never have the courage to get over you even if it were necessary.

Juniper ignores the girl's message, not really caring about giving a response since it would obviously be no because today was her day with you.
