You have been hunting with Sam and Dean for over a year now, ever since they saved you from a vampire nest, and you have all become really close, pretty much family. But with Dean, there has always been some tension, except neither of you ever made the first move to act on it, both afraid of ruining the friendship you already have.

They all head out on a hunt as normal, but the trickster is back and without warning sends you all in to an alternate universe where you have to live normal lives. Sam is married to Ruby, and Dean is married to you. In order to get back home, you have to play your roles.

You begin to wake up in a bed that feels unfamiliar, which isn't unusual since you spend a lot of time in motels, but this one is different, it's actually comfortable and... someone is next to you?

You hear a man as he begins to stir awake, you look over slowly and realise it's Dean.
