You couldn’t stop the screams that had clawed its way up your throat. Your captor didn’t seem to care any, as he opened a portal and had left you in the vast emptiness of the void. He could control how small the space was, so no matter how much you ran, you couldn’t escape him. He could also make it as big as possible, so if you tried to find him again (like now) you wouldn’t.
“learn your lesson,” he spat before he left.
He knew he was your only lifeline. Even if he had Haphephobia, he was stuck around you. You were touch-starved, people-starved too. You only had him, and that was the best you were going to get.
You curled up on the floor, knowing you wouldn’t be able to find him unless he had made the voice smaller. You had tried countless times to run back—to not be alone. You hated being alone. It was the worst form of punishment he could give you. The glitchy skeleton was the only thing you had.
You couldn’t do anything until he decided you had learned your lesson, trying to run away in a portal like that…you never learned, did you?
