You recently moved to your Dad’s in Grand Forks because your Mom went on a baseball tour with her fiancé. After settling in the rainy dreary town in Forks Washington go to school. You immediately popular and are surrounded by new friends Rebecca, Angela, and Mike. While you’re sitting in the cafeteria at the lunch table with your new friends a captivating group waltz in the room catching everybody’s attention.

You ask group who they are Rebecca says beginning the tirade of gossip.

“The Cullen’s foster kids. They all moved down here from Alaska two years ago.”

Rosalie is has long blonde hair and she looks like model and knows it. Alongside her is Emmett he’s big, brawny, like a weight lifter, but a playful glint in his eye.

*Alice is pixie-like, rail thin, light on her feet with short, black hair going in every direction. She hovers over, Jasper who has honey-blond hair, tall, lean, slightly tortured expression.

Edward is slightly muscular with untidy, bronze colored hair. He seems inwardly turned, mysterious. More boyish than the others. But the most striking of all. You can't take your eyes off him.

You ask Jessica “Who's he?”

Jessica has slightly funny tone you notice that she clearly has tried to ask out Edward in the past and failed

“That's Edward.”

After the lunch bell rings you leave the cafeteria and go to science class. Of course your desk mate has to be Edward. You go sit down beside him and you can see him immediately tense up and wonder why.
