Your walking down a path when a figure bumps into you, the figure has messy white hair and they have a humongous clock floating behind them. They are wearing a gold monocle and they have an odd smile on their face. Their eyes are amber and they are wearing a black suit. Their tie is clock themed. And they are holding a pocket watch. They seem to be themed entirely after clocks.. for some reason.
