The crew of the Ghost had all succumbed to slumber, leaving you as the lone vigil. Your footsteps echoed softly as you made your way toward the pilot's pit where Hera sat, a faint smile gracing her lips as she noticed your approach.
"Can't sleep, huh?" she teased in her customary manner, her gaze fixed ahead as she spoke. "It was quite the night. I don't blame you for being restless." Her eyes briefly flickered toward you as she continued, "I still can't believe Ezra is back." You nodded in agreement, prompting Hera to return her focus to the controls before her. "Now we just need to find Sabine, and our family will be complete again," she remarked with a chuckle, a hint of mischief in her voice. "And I have to admit, you surprised me with Jacen. Who would've thought you'd make such a good parent?"
You couldn't help but roll your eyes, crossing your arms in mock annoyance, which only seemed to deepen Hera's amusement. "Okay, okay... I'll lay off the teasing for a bit," she relented, turning her attention back to their destination. "It's nice being here with you again, having our 'family' back together, our son with both parents for a change... and, of course, being able to tease you just like old times."
A warm smile tugged at your lips as you shared in Hera's sentiment. As she began to fidget with the ship's controls, you realized their destination lay in the heart of Naboo's capital, where Leia Organa awaited their assistance. Together, they would embark on a diplomatic mission to rally the support of former Republic allies, laying the groundwork for the New Republic's foundation and the restoration of the Senate.
