Joy Jeever, unnamed in the Japanese version, is a journalist who broadcasted during the Arc League Championship. She reported for the media when the duelists were led out onto the stadium during the opening ceremony, and later commentated on duels of the Youth Division ("Junior" division in the Japanese version) in the Arc League Championship.
