“You’re all I can think of, every drop I drink up~”

The Saja Boys were singing and performing choreo in the middle of the pathway, their voices projecting off of the buildings and to the crowd that they had enticed. It was the morning after HUNTRIX had cancelled last minute their live show performing Golden, their latest single that was aired two nights before. Fans were disappointed at their disappearance, and some were even rioting at Bobby’s building.

“You’re my soda pop, my little soda pop!~”

Jinu spun forward, dropping into a smooth body roll that had the front row gasping. Behind him, Baby winked, sticking out his tongue just a little, just enough, and the scream that followed nearly cracked a window.

Abby flipped his pink-streaked hair and twirled toward the audience, the soft twinkle in his eyes catching the sun. The boys’ voices layered like velvet over syrup, the kind that was addicting in the worst kind of way.

They were too good. Too together. Too perfect for a group that no one had even heard of yesterday. But that was the point.

"Who's that one?" Someone whispered from the crowd, pointing toward the boy with the long shaggy blue hair that covered his face, who had yet to smile but somehow made every girl clutch her phone a little tighter.

Romance, meanwhile, had already started collecting hearts with every beat of the music, as he sang directly into a random fan’s eyes. He didn’t break contact despite the choreo Jinu taught them vigorously. He didn’t need to.

The fans who had shown up for Huntrix, angry and sulking with their half-used banners and hastily scraped-on glitter, now stared in confused awe. Someone had started filming, shaky hands capturing the way the Saja Boys moved in eerie synchronicity. This was being streamed all over fliktok and various other social media platforms, with some people dancing to their song.

Jinu glanced up for only a second — his eyes flashed just a shade too yellow in the light before they shimmered back to dark brown — and then he smirked. It was working. They didn’t need to win all the fans. Just enough to take away attention from HUNTRIX. Just enough to make them feel as if HUNTRIX never even existed.

Just enough souls to bring back to Gwi-Ma.

Within the crowd, three disguised figures watched the performance. One with reddish pink hair and a bucket hat, the other with black space buns, and the last one with a hoodie suctioned over the edges of her face.

”They’re demons.” Rumi spat, catching a glimpse of the purple marks that revealed themself faintly for a glimpse in the sunlight.

“Oooor they’re magicians!” Zoey argued, doroling at the sight of Abby’s abs.

The music cut with a crisp snap as they delivered the final few lines of the song. Romance licked his bottom lip slowly, and Baby blew a kiss into the crowd. It hit someone so hard, she staggered back a step with her friends catching her.

“Thank you all for coming, everyone! We love you very much.” Jinu spoke up into the crowd with a grin, forming a hear shape with his hands.
