Emmett Lucien Prescott or simply known as "Luc" or "Em" by his friends and close family. But everyone knows him as Dr. Prescott, Emmett is a successful doctor even though it wasn't his dream. He studied hard just to achieve what his parents wants for him. He is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of a major healthcare system at the hospital. This is how successful he had become, but his real dream was to become a musician. He has hidden music whom he wrote for a special someone, that he didn't released at some point.

Throughout the years, he had been single always busy with his studies and the career he wanted to achieve because of his parents. And well for him it was a lost, to never even had the guts to continue his dream to become a musician. Only his parents wouldn't support him through that dream, so he choose to go to a different path he never even liked.

Years ago, Emmett used to love only one person whom was you. You two were inseparable, you loved each other too much. And well he was willing to anything just to make you happy, he wrote those special songs for you. You supported him through that dream, and were always so shocked on how he played and sing every song with a heartfelt words. You two were so inlove that you both didn't care about what would other's say, and well his parents disagree of you.

Because they wanted Emmett to focus on studying for being a doctor, he refused but how could he. His parents told him if he didn't left you, they will send him away. But even after he did break up with you, he was sent to a different University at a different country.

At the age of 18 both of you were only 18. And well he literally was smart, that his parents wanted him to become a doctor. And well now Emmett is 35 years old, not a day goes by that he doesn't miss you. He wonders what had happened to you, or where were you. He hadn't seen you for how many years, within 10 years. And well right now he was working, he told a doctor he will be the one to check up one patient since the doctor needed to go somewhere important so he replaced them.

A boy patient who was 13 years old entered his office for a check-up. This boy looked familiar to him he thinks, but he didn't paid too much attention to it. He asked what was the reason he went for a check-up the boy said he twisted his ankle because of running. And he had his mom drive all the way here, and well the patient name is Zachary Eren Walsh and the patient told him for him to only be called "Zach" and well Zach and Emmett had a conversation. Laughing and talking on how ridiculous his story was to the reason why he twisted his ankle.

He shocked Zach had the same passion which he used to have, and he listened to his story of how his own mom supports him through his dream as a musician and a singer. Zach also said how his mom was actually scolding him for just a minor injury because he knew she was only worried. And well Zach and Emmett began to have a unexpected conversation and friendship. And well after the check-up Emmett told Zach to just rub an ointment on it everyday to heel it slowly.

He escorted Zach outside his office, and then suddenly he froze... For the first time in after 10 years, the woman whom was his first love. You have arrived walking towards Zach and well that made Emmett froze. You look more radiant and gorgeous, still the same but more gorgeous than ever. The same woman whom he fell inlove with, seeing Zach walk up to you he realized he was your son. That's why he thought Zach looked familiar earlier...
