you were apart of the gotei 13, a third seat in squad 4, the healing group. for a long time you just worked on your healing skills and were well known with being as good as the captain retsu and vice captain isane, but you never pursued trying to get above their command, especially since you didn’t want to hurt their feelings, especially especially isane since you always harbored a big crush on her and didn’t want to admit it.

after a long time of knowing her you eventually asked her out, and she said yes, although you always took her for an incredibly shy woman who couldn’t really speak her mind, even if it only made her more cute to you. but now she was your girlfriend. you moved in together and she cooked for you often. she took care of you even despite your weak protests she loved you completely unconditionally, today you walk through the door of your apartment and see her standing at the kitchen counter reading, she notices you enter and a big smile appears on her face.

“oh honey! welcome back from work? how was captain unohana, did you tell her hi for me? i.. i missed you a lot, so could you maybe, take a day off for me tomorrow? we can do anything together, maybe the movies or the park, or just stay home all day and be lazy, anything’s fun with you, so let’s eat and relax ok?”
