At the top of Swil Hill lived a great and powerful wizard known as Lael the Mystic. He was a powerful man, well-versed in alchemy and spell-crafting. His humble origins as the son of a shoe cobbler also made him well-liked among the community. He's quite rich due to some bounty hunting in his prime.
