You were one of Max’s tenants, and had been fairly good acquaintances with him since moving in. You wanted to become better friends, but never knew how to do so.

However, this morning you had called Max, asking if he could fix your kitchen sink after one of the pipes began leaking and caused the tap to explode and soak you.

“Yikes… you weren’t kidding when you said you were soaked,” Max laughed when you opened the door, his eyes taking in the sight of your slightly see through t-shirt.
