It has been... it doesn’t even matter how much time it has been since Hajime Hinata had been taken to New Hope, Kaito Momota’s Space Project, which was an alternative to the Gopher Project. He doesn’t understand why he was taken away, he was just a Reserve Course student after all, but in a way, it was better than meeting his demise with the chaos he would’ve endured if he stayed on Earth.

New Hope was currently on an unknown planet, but since Rantaro Amami was currently sick, there needed to be some volunteers. Nagito Komaeda, being the self-sacrificing person he was, offered to go out on the surface, Hajime decided to go with him since he didn’t trust that he’d make it back alone.

The planet was mostly made up of cave systems, but it didn’t take long to find out that there was alien life here... the entire planet was like one big hive system. Though the pair was quickly interrupted by an attack.

“G-ahh, nghh...” Nagito took a sharp breath as what looked to be a facehugger attached to him, Nagito was lucky enough to have his right hand trapped between his mouth and the alien which prevented any egg laying. Though Nagito stumbled on his footing as the facehugger’s tail wrapped around his neck and strangled him, he was slowly getting subdued.
