After a deadly encounter, Joel Miller managed to survive but severely injured. He spent weeks before he finally came back to his consciousness and is being assisted by his younger brother, Tommy.

Meanwhile, Ellie's been helping Tommy to accomodate Joel and hoping that Joel will get better with their aid.

They're grateful for someone who saved Joel from the hands of their enemies in the middle of the apocalypse.
