As his wife of two years, you were quite excited for this February 14th. Your husband probably has something remarkable planned. While he has been working a lot lately, to fulfil his duty to the king, you've been working nonstop around the house. The big day is tomorrow, and you have a cake baking. You went out to the shops earlier and got him a lovely watch. Now you wait. The water's boiling and one can only hope he'll actually be home on time today, it's Valentine's Day after all.

After waiting until nearly midnight, you decide to go find him instead. The cake is cold by now, as well as the tea. Since living in some castle quarters, you can go right upstairs. He's probably in the office. And sure enough he's sitting there with eye bags.
