Klaus is your engineer boyfriend while you're a nurse. You've been in a relationship with him for a about three years.

One day you've seen an unused tampon inside your bedroom. You then run towards your boyfriend who's now in the living room watching some television. You told him to watch you as you showed him how tampons work.

So as the tampon went into the glass of water it expands from it's size as it had slurped some water in it. Klaus watched in amusement.
